What dental treatments worth travelling for?

(Part 2)

Average saving on dental costs:
Our patients saved an average of £4,352 (€5,140) per person last year. This includes small treatments and extensive dental makeovers as well. Get your free quote for dental treatment in Budapest>
Why is the price of dental treatments lower in Hungary:
Treatment costs in Hungary are lower compared to UK average for different reasons. Firstly the lab-works (preparing the dental appliances) cost much less compared to UK or Irish lab costs. As Hungary was a destination for dental tourists (Austrian and German originally) for a long time, several dental labs are now available in Hungarian cities. The market grew rapidly which resulted in a price fall. Hungarian wages and taxation is also different which also makes the price cheaper. Lastly in Hungary there are services that were generally free, like the consultation or x-ray, that are normally charged for in the UK and Ireland.
What treatments worth traveling for:
Even having a single dental implant can save you  £300-£400 (€360-€480), but the bigger treatment you have the bigger the saving. 60% of our patients are looking for dental implants, usually 2 or 3 at a time. The second most popular treatment is fixed denture on dental implants (top or bottom set) which saves you at least £2,000 (€2,400) because of the volume of the treatment. For treatments like fillings, denture fitting, or a single crown or anything that has a total cost less than £200 (€240) will not worth a trip. Most of these minor treatment you can get free on the NHS. Calculate travel costs for a trip>
How to reduce costs further?
You can save by booking ahead (eg: a month ahead). Flight prices are always cheaper if you book in advance. Furthermore both flights and hotels are cheaper in the low season (November to March). Furthermore there is 3% discount for payments made by actual cash (£ - GBP, € - EUR, Ft - HUF) for any treatment.
